Reservations

A reservation is confirmed once a booking confirmation has been issued. Guests are responsible for checking the information contained within their confirmation and notifying us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.

The person making the reservation is responsible for providing accurate contact, guest and payment information.

Rates & Charges

The rate applicable to your stay will be the rate displayed and confirmed at the time of booking. Rates may vary according to the property, dates, room type, occupancy, package and booking conditions selected.

Any taxes, fees or additional charges applicable to the reservation will be displayed or communicated as part of the booking process where required.

Payment

Payment requirements depend on the rate and conditions selected. Some reservations may require payment or pre-authorisation before arrival, while others may allow payment at the property.

Where advance payment is required, the applicable amount and payment conditions will be shown during the booking process or within the booking confirmation.

Cancellations & Amendments

Cancellation and amendment conditions vary depending on the rate selected. The conditions presented at the time of booking and included in your confirmation apply to your reservation.

Certain rates may be non-refundable or may become subject to a cancellation charge after a specified time. Changes to a reservation may also be subject to availability and may result in a different rate.

No-Shows

If you do not arrive for your reservation and have not cancelled within the permitted cancellation period, charges may apply in accordance with the conditions of the rate booked.

Arrival & Departure

Check-in and check-out times may vary between properties and will be communicated as part of your reservation or by the relevant hotel.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

Guests & Room Occupancy

Reservations must accurately reflect the number of guests staying in the room. Maximum occupancy varies by room type and property and must not be exceeded.

Any requirements relating to children, additional guests, extra beds or cots are subject to the facilities and policies of the individual property.

Facilities, services and operating hours may vary between properties and may occasionally change due to operational, maintenance, seasonal or other circumstances.

If a particular facility or service is important to your stay, please contact the property before arrival to confirm its availability.

Special Requests

We will endeavour to accommodate special requests where possible, but requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless specifically confirmed as part of the reservation.

Guest Responsibility

Guests are expected to behave responsibly and to respect the property, other guests and hotel colleagues during their stay.

Guests may be responsible for loss or damage caused by them or members of their party, subject to applicable law.

Third-Party Bookings

Reservations made through an online travel agency, travel agent, tour operator or other third party may be subject to the booking, payment and cancellation conditions provided by that third party.

Where a reservation was made through a third party, amendments or cancellations may need to be requested directly through the original booking provider.
