About the Role

As F&B Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and performance of our Food & Beverage operation, ensuring consistently high standards across restaurant and bar service.

This is a visible and hands-on operational role. You will lead from the floor, support your team during service and ensure that every guest experience reflects the personality, quality and attention to detail of 1912 Collection Marbella.

Alongside the guest experience, you will bring strong organisation and commercial awareness to the operation, helping to manage people, standards, stock, costs and day-to-day performance while identifying opportunities to continually improve the Food & Beverage experience.

What You Will Do

• Lead the day-to-day Food & Beverage operation across restaurant and bar service, maintaining consistently high standards throughout.
• Be a visible presence during service, engaging naturally with guests and supporting the team wherever required.
• Create a service culture that feels warm, polished and personal rather than scripted or overly formal.
• Lead, motivate and support Food & Beverage colleagues, setting clear expectations and helping the team develop their confidence, knowledge and service skills.
• Ensure restaurant and bar areas are prepared and presented to an excellent standard before, during and after service.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure communication is clear and the overall guest journey is seamless.
• Maintain strong knowledge of menus, beverages and the overall Food & Beverage offering and ensure the team can confidently communicate this to guests.
• Take ownership of guest feedback and service recovery, responding calmly, professionally and with appropriate solutions.
• Recognise returning guests and individual preferences, encouraging the team to deliver increasingly personal experiences.
• Support effective scheduling and deployment of the team according to operational requirements.
• Maintain appropriate oversight of stock, ordering, deliveries and inventory within the Food & Beverage operation.
• Monitor wastage, product usage and operational costs and identify practical opportunities to improve efficiency without compromising quality.
• Ensure agreed procedures and standards are followed consistently across the operation.
• Work collaboratively with hotel operations, Front Office, Housekeeping and other colleagues across 1912 Collection Marbella.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen the guest experience, increase engagement and develop the Food & Beverage offering.
• Help build an operation that is recognised for excellent hospitality, strong standards and genuine personality.

About You

You are an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys being part of the operation rather than managing it from a distance. You are comfortable leading a team, making decisions and taking ownership, while remaining approachable and present for both colleagues and guests.

You understand that excellent Food & Beverage management requires both hospitality and commercial awareness. You care about the details of the guest experience while also understanding the importance of organisation, consistency and operational performance.

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage leadership, supervisory or management position within hospitality.
• Experience within a luxury, five-star or high-end boutique hotel or restaurant environment would be a strong advantage.
• Strong operational understanding of restaurant and bar service.
• A natural leadership style with the ability to motivate, support and develop a team.
• A genuinely guest-focused approach and confidence engaging with an international clientele.
• Strong attention to detail and a clear understanding of service standards and presentation.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-moving operational environment.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of stock, wastage, cost control and operational efficiency.
• A calm, solution-focused approach to guest concerns and unexpected operational challenges.
• The confidence to take ownership and make practical decisions during service.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work closely with colleagues across different hotel departments.
• A genuine desire to build memorable Food & Beverage experiences rather than simply manage day-to-day service.
